Summary: Overall the property was great. Literally a block from the beach, lots of restaurants nearby, super high end fixtures especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only knock was the tankless hot water heater did not work continuously for a few days until a plumber could get out there (not a fan of tankless) and the battery powered blinds ran out of battery before the end of the stay, and the high tech microwave requires a Masters in Electrical Engineering to operate. Overall would stay there again.
